Question:
I would like to ask who to contact to file a complaint. I went to the Japanese Tea Garden on Thursday 8/4 and was faced with the rudest counter person ever. I asked the lady if I have to buy a ticket so I can get in the gift shop to apply for a job and she told me I can and when I told her that my friend is also coming she came out of her booth and started sneering at my friend that he can’t go upstairs because he isn’t paying.
When I was done applying and came downstairs, I decided to go to the cafe to eat but the lady told me I can go inside by myself to eat if I want to but my friend would have to buy a ticket if he wants to go to the cafe to eat with me.
I want to ask if there is really a rule that states to pay the entrance for the Japanese Tea Garden before going to the cafe to eat. It was my first time going there and was just stunned with the hostility that counter person gave us. I highly suggest that your counterpersons be trained in being polite with customers.
